“Five: The Parody: A Musical” will be promoted by Donald Trump’s onetime fixer at a press preview today. Cohen, who paid Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about her affair with Trump, will be the M.C. of the show. The book and lyrics for “Five” were written by two men with Orthodox Jewish backgrounds, and cues off the musical, “Six,” about the wives of Henry VIII, allowing these women their moment in the limelight. Previews will start tonight at Theater 555. The five women include Trump’s ex-wives, his current wife, his daughter Ivanka, and Stormy Daniels. The show steers clear of Trump’s legal troubles. The lawsuit against Mayor Eric Adams and the city that accuses them of failing to comply with laws on housing vouchers will be joined by the City Council. This lawsuit brought by the Legal Aid Society involves tenants facing eviction from affordable apartments they have lived in for years, and a family in a city-run shelter. Concerns include eligibility and the availability of housing vouchers. Weather wise, expect a high in the 30s with a chance of rain and snow showers at night. ALTERNATE-SIDE PARKING is in effect until Monday (Washington’s Birthday). The latest Metro news also includes the Metropolitan diary featuring a rush-hour read story.
