Patrick Mahomes tops NFLPA’s list of top 50 players in merchandise sales

The NFL Players Association recently released its list of the top 50 players in individual product and merchandise sales, with Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes taking the top spot. The list includes all officially licensed NFL player-branded merchandise sold from March 1 through August 31, from over 85 NFLPA licensees. Mahomes was followed by C.J. Stroud, Jalen Hurts, Caleb Williams, and Joe Burrow in the top five.

Only two defensive players, Aidan Hutchinson and Micah Parsons, made it to the top 10. Hutchinson and Amon-Ra St. Brown were the only Detroit Lions players in the top 10, while Micah Parsons was the lone Dallas Cowboys player.

Additional categories were also shared by the NFLPA, including the top five players in jersey sales, Funko Pop collectibles sales, and player hat sales. Mahomes led the Chiefs to a third Super Bowl title in February, where he was named the game’s MVP for the third time.

Surprisingly, the only kicker on the list was the Chiefs’ Harrison Butker, who ranked at No. 24. The Athletic maintains full editorial independence in all coverage.
