Jelly Roll’s chef, Ian Larios, also detailed some of the healthy snacks and meals that the singer has been enjoying on tour, including banana with manuka honey and dark chocolate for a pre-show snack, and Nashville-style hot chicken and French fries cooked in bone broth and air-fried for dinner.
In a recent interview, Jelly Roll confirmed that he is training for his first-ever half marathon, a process he has been working on for 18 months. He expressed excitement about the changes he has seen in his body and teased fans that they wouldn’t recognize him when he hits the stage on his Beautifully Broken Tour next year.
