Fantastic Opera Gala on the Stage of Cluj-Napoca’s Auditorium Maximum


On Tuesday, November 12, 2024, starting at 7:00 PM, at the Auditorium Maximum of Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, the Association for Music, Art, and Culture from Bucharest and the Autism Transylvania Association from Cluj-Napoca, with the support of Kaufland Romania, the Cluj-Napoca City Hall, the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, and the State Philharmonic “Transylvania,” in partnership with Tarom, Double Tree by Hilton Cluj-Napoca, Hotel Capitolina Cluj-Napoca, PMA Invest Cluj-Napoca, Floria Florists from Bucharest, and Wagner Fine Arts and Stories from Bucharest, are organizing the GALA OPERA FANTASTICA dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the “Soul in Colors” project.

The event is promoted by the Cluj-Napoca Public Transport Company, TVR Cluj, Magic Fm, Radio Romania Cluj, Iulius Mall, and the National Center for Information and Tourism Promotion in Cluj-Napoca.

Tickets are available on ENTERTIX.RO and MYTICKET.RO, and at the Ticket Agency of the Philharmonic. The funds obtained from ticket sales will be directed to the Autism Transylvania Association to support their non-formal education program “I Want to Be Independent – Together We Grow Wings,” which aims to provide children and young people with autism the opportunity to explore various professions through 5 vocational workshops.

The GALA OPERA FANTASTICA is part of the larger “Soul in Colors” project, which supports individuals in need, especially children diagnosed with autism. The project aims to change the perception of autism and provide opportunities for personal development and employment for individuals with autism.

The event will feature performances by renowned artists such as Laura Tățulescu, Roxana Constantinescu, Kristofer Lundin, Mihai Damian, and will be conducted by Cristian Mandeal. The event is curated by musicologist Luminița Arvunescu.

The GALA OPERA FANTASTICA is supported by various partners and media outlets, making it a significant cultural event aimed at raising awareness and support for individuals with autism and promoting the arts in Romania.
