Surprise ‘Moana 2’ Trailer Released by Disney before Thanksgiving Premiere – NBC New York


Walt Disney Company CEO Bob Iger confirmed on Wednesday that the highly anticipated “Moana 2” will hit theaters on November 27. Originally planned as a television series, the movie will follow Moana on a dangerous mission to the far seas of Oceania after receiving a call from her ancestors. The film promises to be an “adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced.”

Directed by Dave Derrick Jr., “Moana 2” will feature music by Grammy winners Abigail Barlow and Emily Bear, Mark Mancina, and Grammy nominee Opetaia Foa’i.
