Former Bachelorette star Clare Crawley and her husband, Ryan Dawkins, have welcomed their first child via surrogate. The couple announced the birth of their baby girl on Monday, January 15, sharing their joy on social media. Crawley and Dawkins had announced in July 2023 that they were expanding their family through surrogacy. The couple had been open about their fertility struggles and the process of IVF leading up to their daughter’s birth.
Crawley and Dawkins first connected in late 2021, shortly after her engagement to Dale Moss officially ended. Despite not being ready to date again so soon, Crawley revealed that Dawkins asked her out and has been a source of strength and support for her. After nearly one year together, Dawkins proposed in October 2022 and the couple got married in February 2023.
Crawley had previously been engaged to Benoit Beauséjour-Savard after meeting on Bachelor Winter Games, and she also got engaged to Moss on the Bachelorette in 2020. However, their relationship ended in 2021.
The birth of their daughter is a dream come true for Crawley and Dawkins, who are overjoyed by this new addition to their family. They have expressed their gratitude to those who have supported them on their journey, and they are looking forward to sharing more about their experience in the future. This marks a new chapter in their lives as they start this next phase of their family journey.
