Former 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey and his wife, Vanessa Lachey, have been enjoying raising their three children since starting a family in 2012. The couple welcomed their son Camden a year after their 2011 wedding, followed by daughter Brooklyn in 2015 and son Phoenix in 2016. Nick Lachey told Us Weekly exclusively in 2017 that he loves the “craziness” of raising kids and enjoys spending “daddy time” with them every morning. According to Nick, Camden is following in his father’s musical footsteps and loves to sing.
Vanessa and Nick have been intentional about showing their children physical affection and compassion. Vanessa explained that they hug, kiss, and give their kids a “sandwich” of affection to show that physical touch is ok and important.
The couple has been proactive about providing positive examples of compassion and affection for their children. They have also shared some of their sweetest family moments, including matching holiday pajamas and fun family vacations, over the years.
